Feeling rather pleased with my latest header pic I am continuing the photo topic for Ailsa’s weekly photo challenge – through.
Right at the top of the Shard, on the viewing platform (only open if the weather isn’t too inclement) one experiences a sort of inside/outside in-the-sky experience. The shards are right above my head, as are the gaps in the shards, as is the sky (this day the same colour as the shards) and through the shards, gaps and grey sky came a plane.

I love heights (hate deep water)
I have once scuba dived…..in a swimming pool. I could never even attempt it in the sea, deep or otherwise.
Me either never , no way BUT I did once snorkel in shallow waters and it was a life changing experience for me!
Me too but I had to go through (ah ha appropriate) a longish moment of hyperventilation before I could enjoy the experience.

A bit different to be sure and I haven’t been outside so high up since I wen tup the twin Towers very many years ago.

There is something thrilling about a plane passing closely above the ground or buildings. I just pray the pilot is awake!
